Bill Hayduk

Founder & CEO

Bill founded software and services firm RTTS in 1996 (the parent company of QuerySurge). Under Bill’s guidance, RTTS has had successful engagements on hundreds of projects at over 600 corporations, from Fortune 1,000 to midsize firms. Bill was also the CEO of TOMOS Software, the award-winning ALM software that was incubated at RTTS, and QuerySurge, RTTS’ leading big data testing software solution. Previously, Bill has served as a management consultant at many global firms, helping them build software and data quality, along with automated testing, into their development processes.

Bill holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College) and a BA in Economics from Villanova University.

Jeff Bocarsly, Ph.D.

Chief Architect

Jeff is the chief architect and top technology executive on the QuerySurge team. He is the driving force behind all technology and product-related implementations throughout our enterprise. Previously, Jeff successfully implemented application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions around software quality at many Fortune 500 firms. His experience and expertise runs deep in sectors including pharmaceutical, financial services, ISVs, media, and insurance. Jeff co-authored the book ​‘Automating Testing of HTML and Java Applications with Rational Robotj’.

Jeff holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Chemistry from Columbia University and a B.S. from UCLA.

Chris Thompson

Senior Domain Expert, Data Testing practice

Chris has delivered successful implementations of QA projects in the data warehouse space for over 13 years. An expert in process, project management and tools, Chris and his team have assisted dozens of clients to successful quality software implementations. Prior to working for RTTS, Chris was an Aviation Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy.

Chris holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Delaware.

Eric Smyth

Director of Partner Services

Eric has been a member of the RTTS team since 2000. He began as a test engineer and then was the director of educational services for 12 years. Eric is regarded as an industry expert in the Quality Assurance field because of his extensive experience in teaching and implementing test automation solutions and testing processes. Eric has worked on a myriad of Fortune 500 client sites and has transferred his extensive knowledge through educating and mentoring hundreds of quality assurance professionals. Eric now leads the partner alliances program for QuerySurge, recruiting and enabling partners to provide successful solutions for their clients’ data-related needs.

Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Matt Moss

Product Manager

Matt joined RTTS in 2010 and spent the first 7 years implementing data quality and performance engineering on numerous projects. Since 2017 Matt has been part of the QuerySurge team and is responsible for product direction.

Matt graduated from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in 2008 with BS in Computer Information Science.

Mike began his career in 2009 when he joined RTTS as a Test Engineer. He now has over a decade of experience successfully implementing automated functional, data validation and ETL testing solutions for multiple clients across many industry verticals. Mike is a technical expert on QuerySurge, RTTS’ flagship data testing solution, and supports clients around the world with their QuerySurge implementations.

Mike graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Rachaud Evans

Director of Product Support

Rachaud has been with RTTS since 2006 and has implemented projects across the QA spectrum including the functional, performance and data quality spaces. Rachaud now leads the QuerySurge Support team and is at the forefront of QuerySurge customer on-boarding.

Rachaud holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Pace University and a BA in Computer Science from Lafayette College.

Bill McManes

Account Executive

Bill is a senior software sales executive who has been managing QuerySurge accounts since QuerySurge’s inception. Prior to joining RTTS, Bill was a principal in Crosslink, a call center, which he successfully sold to private investors. He was also a former VP of Sales for Starbase Corporation, VP of Sales for Glovia (a Fujitsu company) and a Senior VP for Computer Associates.

Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Liz Levine

Marketing Manager

Liz joined the (RTTS team on rttsweb.com and QuerySurge team on querysurge.com) in July of 2019. She is energetic and passionate about planning and executing marketing strategies that provide awareness and drive usage of RTTS’ products and services. Prior to joining the RTTS team, Liz was Digital Marketing Director for Market Realist and Humanities Marketing Manager for Wiley.
