Named User licenses
The Named User license type allows a limited number of users to be entered into QuerySurge, based on the amount listed on the license. Named User licenses allow for access to the license for each specific, named user.
Benefits: Full usage of QuerySurge and less expensive per user than floating users
Drawback: Each user license is assigned to a specific name, limiting usage and traceability
Floating User licenses
The Floating User license type allows unlimited users to be entered into QuerySurge, with the concurrent usage limited to the number of floating seats purchased.
Benefits: The flexibility to provide access to many more users, especially if your team is geographically distributed. Each user has their own unique ID and password and there is traceability of every user for productivity and usage.
Drawback: More expensive than Named Users.
