How to Login to the QuerySurge Customer Portal

If you do not have a Microsoft 365 account, don’t worry – it’s easy and free!

If you do not have a current Microsoft account or are not using Exchange Server/Outlook 365, you will need to create a Microsoft account to access the QuerySurge SharePoint portal. Do not worry – it is easy to do.

STEP 1: Begin by clicking on the portal link in the invite that we sent you. If you did not get an invite, click on the link.

STEP 2: If you do not have a current Microsoft account or are not using Exchange Server/Outlook 365, you will need to create a Microsoft account to access the QuerySurge SharePoint portal. It is easy to do.

Click on the link below that says ‘Create a Microsoft account, it’s quick and easy!’

STEP 3: Fill out the account form. For your user name, please use the email address that we sent the invite to. If you did not receive an invite and wish to log in, please use your corporate email address so we know which QuerySurge Partner you are associated with.

STEP 4: Log into your new Microsoft account.

STEP 5: You will receive a verification notice stating that an email has been sent to verify this new account.

STEP 6: Click to verify your email address

STEP 7: Sign in to your new Microsoft account

STEP 8: Click ‘OK’

STEP 9: You’re in!

STEP 10 (Final Step): Go back to your original invite and click on the link. You now have the credentials you need!
